ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Citizenship It is open for any foreign citizens to submit applications in order to study, specialize or work as a researcher at the NUM regardless of their nationalities
Educational background Applicants who are interested in pursuing degree programs at the NUM should have acquired previous educational background equivalent to standards of Mongolia
Mongolian language proficiency Classes are conducted in Mongolian at the NUM. Thus, applicants enrolling at a degree program should provide the evidence of Mongolian language proficiency and submit an official document/certificate or take an entrance exam.
Others Applicants obliged to meet admission requirements of the respective department/school of the NUM and give specific entrance exam apart from Mongolian language exam.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Bachelor degree applicants
  1. Online application form
  2. Notary certified copy of secondary education /high school/ diploma and transcript equivalent to Mongolian education standard.
  3. Official translation of secondary education /high school/ diploma and transcripts in Mongolian.
  4. Color copy of valid passport
  5. Proof of financial support /equivalent to 1 year tuition fee and dormitory fee/
  6. Proof of Mongolian language proficiency /certificate/. Applicants without certificate give entry examination on Mongolian language proficiency.
  7. Medical form
  8. HIV test (for last three months)
  9. 2 ID photos, size 3*4
  10. International student pledge
  11.  Application fee – 130.300MNT/ 50USD
Graduate degree applicants /Master, Doctor/
  1. Online application form
  2. Master applicants should issue Bachelor degree notary certified diploma, transcript and official translation in Mongolian
  3. Doctor applicants should issue Master degree notary certified diploma, transcript and official translation in Mongolian
  4. Copy of valid passport
  5. Proof of financial support /equivalent to 1 year tuition fee and dormitory fee/
  6. Recommendation letter from professor or supervisor
  7. Proof of Mongolian language proficiency /certificate/. Applicants without certificate give entry examination on Mongolian language proficiency.
